Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days from brief to interview-ready candidates. For highly specialized roles the timeline may be longer — we’ll confirm during intake.

We place Junior, Mid, Senior, and Lead engineers across backend (Laravel, Node, Python), frontend (React, Vue), and full-stack roles. Tell us the level and skills you need and we’ll match candidates accordingly.

Every candidate completes technical interviews, code reviews and live pairing. We also assess communication, ownership, and run background checks where needed to ensure a strong fit.

We manage contracts, NDAs, access provisioning and tool setup. Typically the developer joins your repo, sprint board and communication channels within 1–3 business days after contract signing.

Developers can work overlapping hours with your team (IST, CET, EST, etc.). We’ll shortlist candidates who meet your preferred daily overlap and availability requirements.

We offer monthly retainers and hourly models with flexible notice periods. Contracts can start as short trials (weeks) or extend to long-term engagements depending on your roadmap.
